“I recently had the pleasure of working with Traci on the Denver Yard conversion. We have two different locations, the Sales Office and the Yard. At the Yard location we had Dispatch, Receiving and Invoicing along with Counter Sales and Inventory Control. Traci is at the Yard location and made sure that everything for the conversion went smoothly and got done correctly. She worked nonstop from early until late to make sure that the team members had everything, they needed to make the conversion work. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. Even though she was not the "Team Lead" she stepped up and made sure that the General Manager and the Yard and Dispatch Managers had a clear understanding of what was expected of them and their team and made sure that the Conversion team members were doing what we needed to do to help them get there. She was very helpful with her co-workers and made sure that we all had the tools and knowledge to help all of us make the conversion a success!”
