REBUILDING ALTADENA AND PACIFIC PALISADES

We want you to know that Builders FirstSource will be here for you at every step to help you envision the future you want, and to equip you and your homebuilders with the tools, expertise and technology to build back stronger and better than ever. That's why we're offering discounted resources and materials to homeowners impacted by the wildfires, and also a digital home design package with four hours of custom modifications at no charge.

From our decades here in Southern California, we know how resilient this community can be. Let’s show up for one another and build our future together.

RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR SURVIVORS & BUILDERS

Builders FirstSource is ready to provide help for families whose homes were lost or damaged by the wildfires in Altadena and Pacific Palisades. We're offering free lumber takeoffs, discounts and rebates on our products including windows, doors, READY-FRAME® and more.

Additionally, families can choose a complete, ready-to-build blueprint from our digital Home Plan Library at no charge. Every expertly designed plan includes Home Configure Exterior—an interactive 3D visualization. We're also including four hours of custom modifications so you can truly make your home, your home.

PROTECT YOUR BUILD WITH FUND CONTROL

Simplify the process of fund disbursement to contractors, subcontractors and suppliers throughout your rebuild. Our Dixieline escrow agency protects homeowners and contractors by holding money in safekeeping, conducting inspections, and documenting and dispersing funds as phases are complete. Online reports empower lenders, owners, and contractors to monitor their projects in real time.
