REBUILDING ALTADENA AND PACIFIC PALISADES

*This Fire Rebate Program (“Program”) is available only to customers rebuilding eligible single‑family residential projects located within designated zip codes 90049, 91001, 91104, 91106, 91107, 90265, 90272, 90290 and 90402 and is limited to projects shipped through December 31, 2027. Current Builders FirstSource (“BFS”) customers who are actively enrolled in, or receiving benefits under, any other BFS rebate, incentive, or discount program are not eligible to participate. The applicable twelve (12) month qualification period begins on the date of the first product delivery for the eligible project. Rebate qualification spending thresholds exclude delivery charges, freight, handling fees, sales or use taxes, and other non‑product charges, and rebates are calculated solely on eligible qualifying product purchase amounts, net of returns, credits, or adjustments. Returned, cancelled, or credited products that were previously counted toward qualification thresholds will be deducted and may reduce or eliminate rebate eligibility. All customer credit accounts must be current and in good standing at all times to qualify for and receive a rebate. Rebates will be paid by check to the qualifying customer within thirty (30) days after the eligible project is completed, with “project completion” defined as the date of the final qualifying product shipment for the project, as determined by BFS in its reasonable discretion. Customers must provide reasonable documentation upon request to verify eligibility, qualifying purchases, project location, and project completion. Rebates are non‑transferable and may not be assigned. BFS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. BFS may deny or revoke rebates in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or non‑compliance with Program requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BFS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program, and BFS’s total liability shall not exceed the rebate amount actually paid, if any. This Program and these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
